The Project
A large, multi-corporation entity was spinning off a new agriscience company. Six business lines were driving key initiatives critical to spin. Agility came onboard to support the Transformation Office. We assessed change communication readiness of each business line and created a strategy to drive detailed communication planning and implementation.
The ChallengeÂ
Identifying Change Communication Readiness Gaps
After two years of ramping up, the organization was only seven months to spin-off. A change communication readiness assessment revealed that business lines were at varied levels of preparedness. Business lines needed to better understand the people receiving the information — what people needed to make the transition. They also needed a plan for working in unison to:
- Develop consistent messaging
- Deliver and track communications via a standardized process.
